About Adam Ruple
Adam has 22 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. Manufacturing experience includes the hand tool, test measurement, calibration equipment, wind turbine blade, and building materials industries.
Previous company experience ranges from a $150M regional business to multi-billion dollar global companies. Employee head counts have ranged from 500 employees to as large as 7000 employees. Adam has experience in single site to multi site companies, union and non-union, start-ups, expansions, and acquisition integrations.
His 22 year experience began as an Human Resources Generalist and progressed to Human Resource Director, Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Adam has been married 16 years to his wife, Erin, and he is the proud father of two sons, River and Scout. When he is not working, Adam's hobbies include the outdoors, exercising, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
